From the Bookshelf™ is a free, interactive library for young readers, teachers, and parents that features high quality children’s books written by award-winning authors. This new initiative continues the Foundation’s mission and vision by now offering free access to original, high-quality children’s literature.

Voices in History™ is the flagship series of From the Bookshelf™. It is a collection of Biographies written by acclaimed children’s authors. Voices in History is a highly engaging and thought-provoking biographical series that reveals the full and fantastic lives of some of history’s most incredible people: scientists and artists, leaders and inventors, authors and athletes. Young readers will no doubt find inspiration in their actions, their voices, and their determination to make a difference. Each book includes discussion questions as an opportunity for discussion and debate.

Written and researched by accomplished children’s authors, the Collections of Tales™ feature folktales, fables, myths, and legends sourced from around the world. Each collection focuses on a specific area of the world and delves into local histories, cultures, and traditions through stories that have been passed down for generations to explain and entertain. Tales of humans and animals, spirits and nature, love and war are brought to life by beautiful illustrations that pull you even deeper into the stories.

Adventures in History™, releasing in September 2025, brings to life some of the most compelling and intriguing events in history as seen through the eyes of the young protagonists who are a central part of each dramatic tale.
