Teacher Guide: Code Talker

The Teacher Guide for this unit gives explicit guidance and activities for reading and discussion, as well as instruction focused on writing and publishing a research essay. Each unit also concludes with optional Pausing Points for differentiation of instruction. At the back of the Teacher Guide are Teacher Resources that include the glossary for the student reader, Writing Process Diagram, Research Essay Writing Model, Research Essay Rubric, Research Essay  Peer Review Checklist, Research Essay Editing Checklist, Proofreading Symbols, and the Activity Book Answer Key.
