New Core Knowledge Publications

A Joyful Noise: The Core Knowledge American Songbook is the latest major publication from the Foundation. From “Alouette” to “You’re a Grand Old Flag,” A Joyful Noise contains more than 150 songs from the Sequence and showcases America’s richly diverse musical heritage. The Core Classics Plus^® Study Edition of Louisa May Alcott’s classic Little Women will be available March 1. Like Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, this book features comprehensive annotation, vocabulary glosses, end-of-chapter discussion questions, and many in-text writing and language arts activities that target specific Core Knowledge standards. 216 pages, illustrated.
