Spam is unsolicited email, also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). Common Knowledge is not spam since it is sent only to persons who have signed up to receive it, purchased materials from the Foundation, or had other contact with the Foundation, and subscribers are free to unsubscribe at any time. However, some spam filters think that the newsletter is spam because it is a mass mailing, and the sending servers (constantcontact.com and confirmedcc.com) are not our organization mail server.
We use Constant Contact to manage our subscriber lists and set up our newsletter mailing. While the Core Knowledge Foundation is indeed the source of the mailing, many mail servers will automatically filter it out when the sender’s identity and the mailing server’s identity do not correspond. If you wish to receive our newsletter you can either provide an email address which does not block Constant Contact, or contact the customer service department of your ISP to request receipt of Constant Contact emails. When you receive a response from your ISP, please forward the response email to the following address: ops@constantcontact.com. The Ops Department at Constant Contact will follow-up with your ISP once they receive your email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If wish to unsubscribe, please click the "Safe Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of every newsletter email or contact us and request removal from our newsletter subscriber list.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, please use the sign up box at the bottom of any page.
If you have already subscribed to our newsletter but are not receiving it, consult the information below to determine how to fix the problem. As we find fixes for different email programs and internet service providers we will add them to the information below.
That's it! If you have additional questions, visit the Mail Controls section of your AOL email account.
